1. Awesome Description
As the behaviors of our robots get more complex I'm hoping to start getting some intricate responses from people who attempt to characterize the robot's behavior. If you get any that are interesting please feel free to post it here!1.1. Exercise #1

One friend of mine pinpointed the algorithm for exercise #1 exactly. He said "The robot goes forward until it bumps into something, then it back-tracks a little bit. Then it picks a direction randomly and turns for some random angle and then goes forward again." I wonder what he'll see in exercise 2. -- Ben Root 9/27
