Question: How do I get my password?

A: You should email your institution's edventure account with the word password in the subject line FROM YOUR VALID, OFFICIAL EMAIL ACCOUNT. Here are some places that edventure is installed; pick your institution:

  1. password@edventure.brynmawr.edu

  2. edventure@ahsinstitute.org

  3. edventure@lampray.csce.uark.edu


Question: I emailed edventure, but it said that I wasn't in any classes. Huh?

A: Did we mention that you need to email from your YOUR VALID, OFFICIAL EMAIL ACCOUNT :) If you are sure you did email edventure from your school account, then your instructor may have entered your email address incorrectly. Send them a short email from your valid email account, and tell them that you received this error.


Question: How do I change my password?

A: You can change your password under Profile under My Stuff. Just enter it twice in the two places provided, and press 'Save Profile'. Note that no one knows your password, except you. It can't be looked up, it can only be reset (by doing the above).


Question: What do I do after I have my password and ID?

A: You head back to your institution and type in your ID and password. Here are some locations that are using Edventure:

Question: I've got my userid and login but I can't enroll in any of the classes...what am I doing wrong?

A: You aren't doing anything wrong. It's just that students don't "enroll" in courses in Edventure. Admins add students.
