My name is Ted Wong

I'm an Assistant Professor in the Biology Dept at Bryn Mawr College.

My main academic interests are:

evolutionary ecology
evolution of perception and phenotypic plasticity
plant architecture
cellular automata and L-systems
algorithmic generation of artistic works
computational analysis of literary texts

Math and programming background:

I'm okay at linear algebra and differential equations.
I'm a very good Pascal programmer and a bad C++ and Java programmer.
I'm good at Netlogo.
I'm still learning Python -- but not because it's hard or anything.
