This is a three-year program starting from June 1, 2005 to May 31, 2008. The program supports a total of 10 students each summer, with 2-3 students working on a project under the direction of a TTU faculty mentor. Currently, we are inviting applications for the second year program starting from June 2006. The application deadline is March 15, 2006. Please check our REU website for more detailed information: http://www.tntech.edu/ece/reu/. P.S., Tennessee Tech is a public, co-educational and comprehensive university located in Cookeville, a town of about 25,000 residents. Although it's located in some of Tennessee's most beautiful countryside, the campus is only a little more than an hour from three of the state's metro areas -- 82 miles east of Nashville, 109 miles west of Knoxville (and Oak Ridge, Great Smoky Mountains) and 96 miles north of Chattanooga.
